Dal ko saf kar ke 1/2 hr ke liye soak karden.phir isay ik pateelay me le kar 2-3 glass pani dal ke charha dein.

Jab dal boil.ho jaye to uasy ik side rakh dein.

Ik alag pateelay me oil garamkar ke usme zeera dalen phir usme onion tomato ka paste bana kar dalen.

Phir usme laal mirch aur haldi dal ke masala bhunaain.

Jab masala bhun jaye to usme namak add karden aur boil dal b add karden. aur apni marzi ke mutabiq pani dal ke medium anch par charha rehne dein.

Phir egg ko beat kar ke onion aur grenn chilli dal kar omlet banaye aur ik omlet ke 3 pieces kar lein.isi tarha saray egs ke omlet bana lein.

Phir un omlet ko dal me dal ke thori dair cook karen.5_7 min paka kar utar lein
