Vanila sponge with ganache icing(eggless)
Steps

First sieve the dry ingridient.maida baking powder,baking soda,Salt.

In another bowl mix curd and oil.add powder sugar and mix properly.in that add dry ingridient and vanila essance.

Preheat the oven add bake 180 c for 40 min.

Cool down completely.vanila sponge is ready.

For making ganache melt butter.add cocopowder and milk.and mix well.add sugar+1tbsp cornflour.and microwave.

For icing take vanila sponge brush up sugar syrup and pour the ganeche spread it.garnish with waffy, Oreo and gems.and put it in to the refrigerator.

After 30min enjoy your cake.
