Sift all the dry ingredients

Butter,chocolate,milk,oil,coffee melt this all

Beat the eggs and sugar until it's became foamy then add the liquid (chocolate,butter,milk,oil,coffee)mixture.make sure the liquid mixture should be warm not so hot or cold.after mixing the liquid mixture add the dry ingredients little by little mix it with clean hand or spoon do not over mix the batter.

Then transfer the cake batter in a 7 inch round greased pan and bake it for 50 minutes in a pre heated saucepan or oven

After bake the cake let it cool down in room temperature in the mean time make the frosting. in a chilled bowl whipped the super chilled cream then add melted chocolate and icing sugar and beat the until stiff peak form.then spread the cream evenly of every part of the cake.

Chill the cake in the fridge for 10 to 15 mins. in the mean time make the ganache. melt the chocolate and cream in double boiler method when the chocolate is completely melted.....and became in a room temperature pour this into cake and cover the nicely. then sprinkel some grated chocolate and chill the cake in the fridge for 30 mins.
