For dough:-Mix all ingrediants and make a soft dough. Keep it a side.

For Stuffing:- Heat oil in a pan crackle cumin seeds saute ginger chilli garlic paste finely chopped onion. Add finely chopped cabbage grated carrot. Mix well. Add cumin coriander powder dry mango powder mix well Turn off flame lastly add salt and spring onion mix properly. Let it cool.

Now make a ball from dough knead a thin roti stuff vegetables.mixture. And fold from all 4sides.. and roll in rectangle shape. Heat Tawa and roast from both sides with oil. And serve hot with Mirchi Aachaar and Tea. Tssty healthy paratha is ready to serve.
