In a bowl mix gram flour, salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and curd mix them together with 1/2tsp oil

Then make a smooth paste using water.

Cook it on both sides on low flame. Remove it on plate serve it hot with ketchup and garnish with coriander leaves.

Now heat tava add oil as it heats add batter on tava spread it evenly as we do while making uttapam.
