Ingredients

  • 100 gpeeled potatoes
  • Salt to taste,paprika and tumeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your potatoes,soak them in salty water

  2. 2

    Rinse them with running water

  3. 3

    Dry them using a clean towel or serviettes

  4. 4

    Marinate them with salt,tumeric and paprika

  5. 5

    After 5 or so min. Deep fry them in hot oil

  6. 6

    When ready,serve while warm 😊

Hi. For what duration should I speak the chopped french fries in salty water. Also, is there a recommended amount of salt that I should use?
