Ingredients

  • 2 stalkslemon grass
  • 1 pcfresh ginger (grated)
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1 cuporange juice
  • Mint (optional)
  • 1 cuppineapple juice
  • Pineapple peel

Steps

  1. 1

    Place lemon grass, ginger, pineapple peel, mint and sugar in a saucepan

  2. 2

    Add water and boil over high heat

  3. 3

    Allow to cool for some minutes

  4. 4

    Sieve

  5. 5

    Add orange and pineapple juice

  6. 6

    Refrigerate and serve cold
