Malpua is a traditional pitha. Which was prepared with very less ingredients. Today I prepared with mango pulp, milk, wheatflour sugar, salt& cardamom. And not uses sugar syrup. I serve it with rabriMalpua is one part of 56 bhog.

Steps

Take a mixing bowl put all ingredients except desighee mix it to make a batter. Rest it for 10 minutes.

Heat a heavy bottom pan and add ghee pour one spatula of batter on the ghee deep-fry the malpua on low medium flame on both sides.

Malpua are ready.Homemade rabri is ready.O ffer malpua Load Jagarnath's as a prasad in Rathayatra.

Garnishing with rabri,dryfruits& saffron strands serves this palpua.
