Milk Chocolate Brownies

Gary Waite
Gary Waite @cook_20376404

The Recipe is based on a book called Cakes, have only changed the ingredients slightly, instead of dark chocolate, that gives me Migraines,I have used Milk Chocolate - have made the Recipe basic, because I don't have any Pistachios and White Chocolate, this Chocolate for a few small chunks inside.
The brownie won't be completely firm in the middle when it is removed from the oven, but it will set when it has cooled.

In the loaf tin, that I baked it in - I decided that it would be best too bake it for 45 minutes - I only had 4 hen eggs left - so my Recipe was based around 4 hen eggs - so half of the ingredients that I mentioned - had too bake it longer because the baking tin wasn't that wide.
