Wash the ginger and scrape it. Wash and cut the cucumbers into blend able pieces. Add the mint and blend them together, sieve it then add the lemon juice

You can add water or put some ice cubes in a cup, add the juice. You can add slices of cucumber and serve. (if u aren't adding ice cubes, chill it before serving)
