Mix together spinach puree salt ginger-green chilli paste ajwain wheat flour and 1 tbsp oil in a bowl. Add sufficient water and knead into a dough set aside for 5 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal portion. grease with some oil and roll into small puris.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai deep fry all the puris till golden brown. and serve hot
