Prep: Wash and Cut/Chop Broccoli & Parsley

Prep: Shred Sharp Cheddar & Parmesan

Cook: Reheat Frozen Soup to 165 degrees in boiling water.

Cook: In a separate pan, simmer broccoli in butter till desired doneness.

Cook: Empty reheated soup into a pot, mix in cheeses, broccoli, parsley and heavy Cream.

Cook: Continue to reduce to desired thickness, add salt & pepper to taste.
