  • 1jelly packet
  • 1 cupboiling water
  • 1 cupice cold water
  • Gelatin

    Empty the jello packet, add gelatin as well and mix. Add boiling water and stir till all is dissolved. Then add ice c

    Add boiling water and stir till dissolved. Then add ice cold water and stir.

    Pour into molds and place in fridge or outside. Jello should be set in 3 hours or more. Serve cold

I believe in quick, full of fibre meals. I love vegetables. I cannot cook for one. Rocket is my favourite herb. Beef is the winner but I’ve drastically cut down.Health is wealth (I try)Again, I believe in quick meals.
