Add Cooksnap

Ingredients

13 mins or less

12 pancakes

2 cupsall-purpose flour
2 tbspbaking powder
1 tspsalt
3 tbsplight brown sugar
2eggs
2 tspvanilla
11/2 cupsmilk (use any milk of your choice) i used coconut milk
5 tbspbutter (melted)
1 cupblueberries
1 cupraspberries
●butter to fry

Cooking Instructions

13 mins or less

In a large bowl whisk dry ingredients. In a separate bowl 2whisk wet ingredients.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Then lastly mix in the melted butter and stir until combined. Batter wont be smooth.set aside

Heat pan and grease lightly with little butter scoop 1/4 cup of batter unto pan top with berries as you like. Cook each side till golden brown.

Serve warm.
