Firslty peel the boiled patati mash it and add chaat masala,red chilli powder and black salt to it. Mix well and make a paste.

Now fir sweet rayta take curd and whisk it nicely. Add sugar,salt,jeera powder and red chilli powder to it and whisk it nicely one more time.

For green chatney add green chilli, coriander leaf,ginger,cumin seeds, and garlic in a grinder and make a fine paste. Now add lemon juice and salt mix it. Green chutney is ready.

For mithi chutney _soak lemon and dates for 1 hour. Remove it's seeds and grind it to make a fine paste. Now add some water and seive it. Now add jaggery cumin powder,salt and red chilli powder to it. And boil it for 10 minutes. Mithi chutney is ready.

Now while serving make holes in the poories. Add potato paste,then add tikhi and mithi chutney to it. Now add chopped onion and tomato to it. Now add dhai rayta to it. Finely add barik save to it. Dhahi poori is ready.
