This recipe is for those whose dont like liver cz the detaste the metallic taste that it comes with it....The milk used fr soaking can be used in kienyeji vegetables so that it doesn't go to waste.
Steps

Soak your liver in milk for 30mins then strain.Mean while chop your onions n fry the in cooking oil till its golden brown then add in your strained liver.

Keep stirring till its nolonger bloody and add tomatoes and salt,cook till your tomatoes are soft.if you like soap you can add in some water.Cook for 10mins and your liver is ready
