Super easy oat cookies. Chewy and naturally sweetened with bananas and dried fruits. Perfect for little ones and also for a quick energy boost! For the dried fruits, I used a mix of black and golden raisins and cranberries, but anything goes!

Ingredients

  1. 2very ripe bananas 🍌
  2. 1 cupoatmeal (I use instant oats)
  3. 1/2 cupdried fruits
  4. Pumpkin spice/cinnamon (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Prepare a lined baking sheet.

  2. 2

    Mash bananas and add in oatmeal to combine. Then fold in dried fruits and spices if using.

  3. 3

    Bake for 20-25 mins till golden brown. Let cool completely before you serve :)
