Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 250 gramkaremu saag finely chopped
  2. 2medium size onion chopped
  3. 3green chilli finely chopped
  4. 2 tspfinely chopped ginger
  5. 1 tsplime juice
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1.5 bowlgram flour,besan
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspred chili powder
  10. Salt to taste according
  11. As neededmustard oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In to a mixing bowl add all given ingredients and some little water now mix it properly and combine everything.

  2. 2

    Heat the wok with cooking oil then drop in it a small portion of the mixture in hot oil and deep fry until crispy and golden colour.

  3. 3

    These method make all the frriters now reduce the flame,

  4. 4

    Next transfer them in a kitchen tissue paper.

  5. 5

    Now enjoy with ginger tea coffee or green chatuny.
