Ingredients

15 minutes
2-3 servings
  • 4bitter gourd
  • 1tsb salt
  • 2tsb sesame seeds
  • Salt as taste
  • 1/2 cupRice flour
  • 1tsb ajwayam
  • 1tsb red chili powder
  • 1tsb chat masala
  • 1tsb garam masala

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First cut the the slice bitter guard and soaked in 1/2 hour in salt water

  2. 2

    Then wash it. Take a bowl add bitter guard, chaat masala, red chili, haldi, sesame seeds, salt, ajwayan and mix well

    Put the garam masala and sesam see dsand rice flour

    Mix them. Heat a karahi on medium flame.

    And fry it, Remove the chips from the oil and drain off excess oil.

    Our Crispy Karela Fry is ready to serve with mayonnaise
