Then wash it. Take a bowl add bitter guard, chaat masala, red chili, haldi, sesame seeds, salt, ajwayan and mix well

Put the garam masala and sesam see dsand rice flour

Mix them. Heat a karahi on medium flame.

And fry it, Remove the chips from the oil and drain off excess oil.

Our Crispy Karela Fry is ready to serve with mayonnaise
