Wheat Masala Papad

Mix one cup wheat flour with salt and water. Knead it nicely. Divide into 4 medium balls.

Place kadai in the gas. Rotate the ball into a big round shape. Let it be very thin.

Now turn on the gas with the kadai. When it becomes hot, sim the gas and place the rolled one on top of the kadai.

When bubbles occur, flip it to other side. Keep pressing with towel. Let it become brown.

When it becomes crispy and brown, remove from gas and keep it in a plate.

Preparing Masalas : In a small bowl mix ghee with the given ingredients.

Cut onion into very small pieces. Place the wheat papad in a plate, spread the ghee mixed with masalas in the papad and sprinkle onion on top of it & decorate with coriander leaves. Your Wheat masala papad is now ready to serve.
