Kadi and matar pulao
Steps

Heat oil in a pressure cooker.

Add cumin seeds and let them cracker.

Add garlic and chilli paste.

Add chopped onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add peas and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Add tomato puree and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and black pepper powder.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add soaked rice and add 2 cups water.
- 10
Cook till 3 whistle and serve hot with sweet kadi.
