  1. 500 gramsArabi
  2. 2grinded onions
  3. 3grinded tomatoes
  4. As per taste Salt
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tbspoil
  8. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel the skin of Arabi & cut it in to thin slices.

  2. 2

    Heat oil & add onions,cook till they become golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes &all the masalas.cook till oil spreads.

  4. 4

    Add arabi with 1 cup of water.cover it & cook till water absorbs.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
