Steps

Grease the baingan with oil & cook on gas till the outer layer becomes black.

Put it in the water & peel the black part.Put it in a bowl & mash it.

Meanwhile heat oil in a pan & add onions,cook till they become pink.Add salt & chilli powder.

Add tomatoes & baingan ka bhartha,Mash well with masher.cook till it is properly cooked.

Serve hot.
