Hyderabadi Aloo Suvaa Paalak Gosht

This is absolutely a Non-Veg dish that goes well with both Rice and Rotis. It also tastes yum alongside Puris or Bhaturas. It has all the goodness of Spinach Greens in it that makes it all the more healthy and nutritious. Addition of Dill Leaves or Suvaa or Soa gives this dish an excellent flavour and aroma. Kids also will love this because there are Potatoes in it and thus it's a lovely choice for a wholesome family meal on any given day. This can be served with any Daal of your choice because it is a lovely combo. Since it's almost a semi dry one, Daal is the perfect accompaniment and a compliment to it. My family enjoys it this way with a lot of Poppadums also to go with that. Enjoy your mealtimes with your loved ones dear friends.

Steps
- 1
Heat Oil in a pan. Saute Onions and Ginger garlic paste at first. Saute on a low heat only until translucent and done. Add Mutton Bone-in and the rest of the spices now. Pressure cook for 6-7 whistles or as required. Let the pressure settle down on it's own before opening the lid.
- 2
Add chopped Spinach Greens and Dill Leaves. After you add that, keep the heat on a medium high because Spinach releases a lot of water. Therefore it is highly recommended that wash and drain it in a strainer really well. It helps in draining off the water properly.
- 3
Once it's nicely sauteed, add Potatoes that are deep fried. However you can directly add them. But frying gives a nice texture to them. They taste a lot more good. Adjust Salt and garnish with Coriander Leaves. It's time to dish out now. Enjoy!
