Chicken lollypop

Merinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste red chilli, salt soya sauce, green chilli sauce schezwan sauce,and tomato ketchup then mix all ingredients well with the chicken pieces and let it rest for at least 30 minutes

In a bowl add all batter ingredients and mix all these well together with water using a whisker to avoid lumps keep adding water and make a batter of dosa consistency

Heat the oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste and saute add red chilli paste mix for a couple of minutes season with salt add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and soya sauce and mix well added a few tbsp of water and cook for 2minute now add sugar and vinegar and mix well

Now heat a oil in a pan and fry the merinate lollipop on medium low heat and let it slowly cook through from the inside out drain on the kichen towel now mix the fried chicken lollipop in the spicy sauce and mix well

Transfer to serving plate garnish with spring onions
