Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.

In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, black pepper, curry powder, salt, dissolved bouillon or bouillon powder, chicken seasoning, garlic powder, and chicken shawarma seasoning. Add the chicken strips and mix well to coat.

In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken shawarma strips and cook, avoiding stirring too much.

Spread garlic sauce on flatbread, then add the hot chicken shawarma, pickles, French fries, and a sprinkle of chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy.
