Simple pancake

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add the dry ingredients whisk and keep it aside

In a separate bowl add the egg and milk then whisk.
- 3
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk them together until well combined and smooth.(the batter should not be too thin nor too thick _ it should be running)
- 4
Keep it aside for a while. Brush some oil on the pan and pour 1 cup of the batter. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Ready for serving
