Mix 4tbsp milk with 1cup of besan and sieve it.

Put ghee in a nonstick kadai and fry till golden brown.keep aside.

Boil sugar syrup add food colour cardamom powder.then slowly add fried besan and stir it continuously. Put 2tbsp ghee and set it in a tray.garnish with dry fruits.

Let it be cool cut into pieces and enjoy.your mohanthal is ready
