Very easy to make,consume less time and ingredients. Loved by all age groups.
Steps

Take Maida in a mixing bowl. Add salt, little oil. Mix well. (OR you can take half each of Maida and atta.)

Add water little by little and knead a soft dough.
Cover for 10mins. - 3
Divide the dough into equal parts.
Roll medium thickness chapati. - 4
Cook the chapati with little oil.
Make all the chapatis and keep aside. - 5
Beat one egg with a pinch of salt.

Heat oil in a tawa, pour the egg mixture.
Cook for 1/2min undisturbed. - 7
Place one chapati over it.
After a min flip it.
Cook few secs and take it out. - 8
Let it cool a bit.

Over the egg side Spread 1/2tsp each of sauce and mayonnaise.

Place carrot, onion, green chilli and cucumber.

Sprinkle salt, chat masala and black pepper powder.
Roll carefully. - 12
If you want roll butter paper over it.

Repeat the same for all chapatis.
Serve immediately.
