Heat a wok.dry roast sewai on medium heat till they dark pink in colour.It takes about 2-4 minutes.take out the sewai and keep aside

Remove the stem, wash and finely chop the green chilli.

Peel,wash and cut onions into small pieces.

Peel, wash and cut the tomato in small pieces.

In a wok, heat oil add carom (ajwain) seeds,when seeds turn red add chopped green chillies and onions.fry for a couple of minutes or until onions are translucent.now, add chopped tomatoes.

Add in salt, coriander powder and red chilli powder, mix in well.

Add roasted vermicelli, mix in Well and fry for a minute. Add about 2 cups of warm water. After the first boil reduce the heat and cook the vermicelli till they get tender and water is absorbed(takes about 3-4 minutes on medium heat.)

Add garam masala and lemon juice and mix well gently. Turn off the heat. Cover the lid and wait for 2 more minutes.

Nutritious and delicious vermicelli/ sewai ready to serve.
