In a pan heat oil, add ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, green chilies and cook until light brown.
Add beef and cook for 2 minutes.
Then add salt, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, coriander, cumin crushed and cook for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, yogurt and mix well. - 2
Add 2 & 1/2 cup hot water and cook on low flame for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
When meat is tender, cook on medium heat, add coriander, ginger and mix well.
In last add garam masala powder and mix it well.
Garnish with green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, tomato chunks and serve.
