  • 2પાકી કેરી નો મેંગો પલ્પ
  • રવો 250 ગ્રામ
  • ખાંડ 1 ચમચો
  • ઘી 1 વાટકી
  • કાજુ
  • કિશમિશ

Steps

  1. 1

    ઘી માં ધીમા તાપે રવો શેકી લેવો. રવો શેકાય જાય પછી તેમાં 2 કપ પાણી અને 1 કપ દુધ નાખવું

  2. 2

    તેમા 1 ચમચી ખાંડ નાખી હલાવતા રહેવું. 2 પાકી કેરી નો મેંગો પલ્પ નાખી ઘટ્ટ થાય પછી તેમા કાજુ કિશમિશ નાખી સર્વે કરવો.
