Ingredients

3 servings
  • 7Spring roll Wrappers
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Filling
  • 1\2 cabbage shredded
  • 2carrots shredded
  • 2bell pepper strip cut
  • 2onions chopped
  • 2green pepper strip cut
  • 1 tbspseasoning powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1\2 tsp of mixed spices
  • 1 tbsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil, and saute onion

  2. 2

    Add all the veggies fry on hight flame until half done

  3. 3

    Add seasoning, salt and spices mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Off the flame

  4. 4

    Spread one wrapper, place a spoonful of stuffing

  5. 5

    Roll one edge towards the inner side covering the stuffing

  6. 6

    Bring the sides to the center

  7. 7

    Dampen the left over edge and roll the wrapper to seal

  8. 8

    In a pan heat oil, add the rolls and fry until golden

  9. 9

    Remove them on kitchen tissue
