Quick and easy lunch

This is easy for dinner~just add salad & miso soup to complete it (*^^*)

Gyudon or Japanese Beef Bowl is one of the most famous Japanese restaurant menus. In Japan, they usually serve Gyudon with a raw egg yolk. Here I’m using a poached egg for a change. Anybody would like to try? IG @jenscookingdiary

I found a simple recipe from YouTube (ochikeron) and modified it to our liking. This is quick and easy. It feels light and fresh because of the lemon.

I’m pregnant and i’m craving for Yoshinoya. The problem is there is no yoshinoya in this country.A japanese friend of mine suggested using sukiyaki sauce for a simpler way since it already has some sake, and mirin.You might not agree with the brands i used here but hey this girl gotta eat.
