Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 150 grsoyabean
  2. 1small bowl mix veggies
  3. 2onion chopped
  4. 1 tspsabji masala
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. 1 tspginger garlic aste
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut veggies in cube

    A picture of step 1 of Stuffed Papad with soyabeen.
  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and add onion fry till it turns brown then add soyabean, all masalas and salt. Cook for five minutes in low flame. Now keep aside for cooling.

  3. 3

    Now stuff the cooked veggies in papad. Heat oil in a pan and fry it. Now it is ready to serve
