Steps

In a bowl take 1 cup of wheat flour. To it add grated garlic and salt.

Using water make a dough and put some oil on top of it and knead well.

Make lemon sized balls from the dough and roll into circle shape. Dust with flour and apply some ghee or butter on the circle.

Fold the circle into half to get a semi- circle shape. Apply ghee or butter and dust with flour on the semi circle.

Now fold the semi circle roti into a triangle shape and roll it in this shape dusting with flour.

Heat a pan and cook the teen koni roti applying some oil or ghee on both sides.
