Ingredients

  1. 4-5left over chapatis
  2. 1 cupcabbage
  3. 1 cupgreen bell pepper
  4. 3-4green chillies
  5. 10-12curry leaves
  6. 1small chopped tomato
  7. 3-4 clovesgarlic
  8. Oil
  9. 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  10. 1 tbspnsoya sauce
  11. 1 tspred chilli sauce
  12. Salt
  13. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  14. 1/2lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the left over chapati in thin strips (as shown in the picture),chop the vegies (cabbage,green bell pepper,tomato,green chillies) and curry leaves.

    Add oil to the pan,saute chopped garlic then add cabbage and green bell pepper keep mixing it add tomatoes,green chillies,curry leaves mix it, add soya sauce,tomato ketchup,red chilli sauce and salt mix it well add the strips of chapati and mix it lightly garnish with coriander and some lemon juice,mix it ready to serve hot!
