Crush the boiled potato add some Indian spices and salt accordingto taste,give a cup shape to crush potatoes.

Make batter of corn flour, deep potato cup in that batter, roll that cup potato in Sevai so that it will look like bird nest and deep fry that nest

For egg...crush some panner and add some black pepper in that a per your taste..and give a shape of egg to that paneer

Arrange the nest along with egg as shown in image and garnish with some coriander leaves

Here it is bird nest is ready to serve at your party
