This is a healthy dessert prepared with lauki (bottle gourd). Easy to make and also very tasty one.
Steps

Firstly wash a lauki and peel off. Then grate it in a bowl. Keep it aside.

Now heat a pan and add milk. Boil the milk. After 3 boil turn off the flame and let it cool down.

Then add grated lauki and boiled milk together into the mixer jar. Blend it coarse.

Then transfer the mixture into a pan. Add jaggery and cardamom powder. (You can add any sweetner of your choice, here I am making healthier version so I am using jaggery)

Now boil the mixture until it thickens properly. After thickens let it cool down for 5 minutes.

Then pour the kulfi mixture into the kulfi moulds or matka or small glass. Cover it with aluminium foil and place it in a freezer. Freeze the kulfi for 8-10 hours.

If you are using glass as a mould or kulfi mould then place the kulfi stick after 4-5 hours.

Then sprinkle chopped Dryfruits on the top of the kulfi. Crush the dried rose petals with your hands. And enjoy the beautiful lauki ki kulfi.
