Gently make a hole on the top side of each golgappa Puri by cracking it in the centre with spoon and index finger.take one serving plate and arrange them on it. fill each Puri with one tablespoon potato and half tablespoon onions.

Drizzle 1 tbsp tamarind chutney over the potato. 1 tbsp curd over the each Puri. Sprinkle the salt and chaat masala for taste.

Sprinkle salt over it.
