Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 125 gUnsalted pure butter (preferably Lurpak)
  2. 2small eggs
  3. 1/2 cupcaster sugar
  4. 2/3 cupmilk
  5. 1and 1/4 cup of self raising flour
  6. 1 tspvanilla bean paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 180 Degree Celsius. Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla till fluffy.

  2. 2

    Beat in the eggs one by one till well combined. Stir in half of the flour and half of the milk till combined. Repeat with the rest of the flour and milk.

  3. 3

    Pour in loaf pan and bake for 35-45mins
