Wash your hand cover tour head and say BismiAllah and daroud shareef

Marinate your chicken take a bowl add yoghurt all spices, all liquids things and rest for 30m or 1 hour

Then steam chicken in a container or a cooker it's up to u

Then add little bit oil in a pan a cook chicken from both sides in a very low flame untill become golden brown

At the last one gave smokey flavor(BBQ flavor) burn your charcoal and put in pan sprinkle some oil
