Ingredients

  • Halfa kg Oxtail
  • 2red onions
  • 1leek
  • 2celery stalks
  • 1tomato
  • 1 tbsblack pepper powder
  • 1 tbsgarlic powder
  • Green chilies (optional)
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the oxtail in smaller pieces

  2. 2

    In a pot, put all the ingredients, add water enough to cover everything. Let it boil for 3 hours in medium low heat. Constantly checking and adding a little bit of water.

  3. 3

    Serve with chapati, garlic bread or enjoy it as it is.
