  • 1કપ મેંદો
  • 1ચમચી ધી
  • 1/2ચમચી અજમો
  • 1/2ચમચી વરીયાળી
  • 4કળી લસણ
  • મીઠું
  • ઈસ્ટ
  • કાંદા
  • કેપસીકમ
  • મોઝરેલા ચીઝ
  • પીઝા સોસ
  • પાણી
  • પનીર
  • 1/2ચમચી ખાંડ

Steps

  1. 1

    હૂફાળા પાણી માં ખાંડ અને ઈસ્ટ નાખી ને 10 મીનીટ સુધી રહેવાદો

  2. 2

    મેંદા ની અંદર મીઠું, ધી, અજમો, વળીયારી અને ઈસ્ટ નું મીસરણ નાખી બરાબર 10 થી 15 મસણો અને ફોર્મેટ થવા દો

  3. 3

    ફોર્મેટ થયેલા લોટ માંથી નાના નાના પીઝા વળી એના પર પીઝા સોસ,મોઝરેલા ચીઝ, વેજીટેબલ નાખી શેકીલો.
