Ingredients

  • 500 gmsBeef
  • Onions
  • Tomato
  • Oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Curry powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut beef into cubes

  2. 2

    Heat oil and add beef, let cook on low heat.

  3. 3

    Add onions and stir until soft

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes, stir and cover

  5. 5

    Add salt, black pepper and curry powder then mix well.

  6. 6

    Add a little water and let simmer on low heat.

  7. 7

    Serve with favorite carbohydrate
