Ingredients of Papad, washing and peeling the potatoes and cutting to pieces

In a wok heat some oil and fry the a Papads. Set them aside

In the same wok heat rest of the oil and add fry the potatoes. Set aside

In the same wok add whole bay leaf, cumin seeds, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and stir for 2-3 mins

Add potatoes and mix well. Add 1 cup water and bring it to boil by covering.

When potatoes are cooked break the Papad into halves and add to the potatoes. Let it mix well

Add whole garam masala powder and cover. Let the aroma mix well. Enjoy with steamed rice
