Pasta recipe:
Take 2 cups of semolina and grind it to finer powder.
Take 1tsp salt and mix it well with the semolina.
Add water as required little by little and knead it to a dough.
Apply some water on the dough and cover it with a cloth for 30mins. - 2
After 30mins, take a small piece out of the dough and flatten it.
After flattening it, cut it as you like your pasta to be.
Let it dry for an hour.
Take some water and boil it, add olive oil and slowly add pasta and let it cook well.
Do not drain the water and let it cool on it's own. - 3
Pasta Sauce:
Blanch 3 tomatoes and grind it to a paste.
Chops 5 cloves of garlic, 1 onion and ¼ capsicum finely.
Saute these vegetables in olive oil. Add some salt to it.
Once sautèd, add the tomato paste along with water which was in the pasta and let it boil.
Now add chilli flakes and chilli powder, pepper powder, oregano. Cook for sometime.
Add cheese and mix it well.
Now add pasta and cook it for 5 minutes and you are good to go. - 4
Serve it with homemade garlic bread.
