  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 3 tbspwater
  • 1 cupBeetroot pulp
  • 1 table spoonKasuri methi
  • Ajwain
  • Salt
  • Oil/ghee

    Mix the wheat flour, pulp, ajwain, Kasuri methi, salt, ghee. Make a dough..

  2. 2

    Cover and leave it for 10 minutes.

    Then take a lemon size ball and roll it..Fry it into the hot oil..Then delicious colorfull poories are ready to serve with pickle or any gravy...😍
