1/3 tspred chilli powder
2 pinchTurmeric Powder
1/4 tspgaram masala
To tastesalt
2 pinchkasuri methi
2 tbspoil

Take a bowl then eggs broke and mix masalas and whisk.

Take a pan add oil then oil heat add onion and chilli saute.

Then pour beated eggs and make a burji.Then serve with roti.
